With sessions conducted almost entirely in French, you will become immersed in the language as you learn, making progress from the very first lesson. My focus is on listening comprehension, improves pronunciation and will soon help you to grasp how French sentences are constructed, not just the words and their meaning.

It can be informal and topic based. I am able to offer “every kind of French for every kind of purpose” and I can tailor the service to adapt to your personal needs.

General – for Juniors and Adults

Ideal if you are travelling – or planning to live in a French-speaking country or for general interest.

French for Business – for Adults 

Ideal if you do business with French speakers. 

French for Exams – for Juniors and Adults

If you are working towards French GCSE, French A level, Common Entrance or a University examination, I will help you get the best grade possible!

French for Children and Toddlers

For children aged 2-12 I offer fun, lively French teaching which is highly effective for this age group. My teaching provides an appropriate balance of spoken and written language using interactive tools (card games, flash cards, bilingual games, word search, talking dices, songs, rhymes) and link the spelling, sound and meaning of words.

The focus of study is on practical communication, so I built up a familiar routine and matters at each lesson (calendar, one to one children presentation) using their knowledge so the children can start taking part in a simple oral exchanges.
